DIY All Natural Antibiotic Recipe

This is our dad, Dr Barry's, all natural antibiotic recipe. He always had print outs of it sitting near the cash register of his health food store and folks have been using it for years and years. Myself and my sister in law, Hannah, always have a batch of it ready in the fridge. With 10 kids between us, it's an absolute must.

Whew, fair warning...it's stout, but effective!

 

 

Natural Antibiotic Recipe:

8 oz. Natural Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
8 oz Distilled Water
1 Garlic BULB, chopped
8 capsules of Turmeric or 1 TBSP raw spice or herb

Combine all your ingredients in a container and store in the refrigerator overnight. Strain out the garlic pieces and discard. Now it's ready! Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator and it will keep for up to 10 months.

1 TBSP for adults per meal
1 tsp for children per meal
Begin to take at the first sign of symptoms
